I grew up in Toronto, Ontario
Why Flow?: After working across multiple areas of commercial real estate, I found my stride in AEC (architecture, engineering & construction). It’s collaborative, creative, and fast-paced—everything I’m drawn to. I’m energized by teams that push ideas forward and take pride in their work. That kind of environment challenges me to keep learning and show up better every day.
Favourite type of cake: Raisinless carrot cake, heavy on the icing
What put me on the path to engineering? No formal engineering training here, but I grew up in the guts of commercial buildings with a mechanical engineer for a dad.
My earliest engineering-related memory: Creating mechanical CAD drawings for my dad
Why Vancouver? Nothing beats a West Coast winter in BC
When I’m not working, you can find me: Building my latest LEGO set or competing in a jigsaw puzzle challenge
I’m at my best when: I have clarity, focus, and snacks nearby
On my playlist: House remixes, hip-hop throwbacks, and the Armchair Expert podcast
What I value beyond myself: Time, balance, and respect. They create space for people to do meaningful work while feeling supported and appreciated
A quote that guides me right now: “How you do anything is how you do everything”
What I wish I’d done differently: Traveled more in my 20s
Coffee or tea: Coffee
Mode of transportation of choice: Walking and transit
