Galt Street Flats – LEED Platinum

Flow is proud of this 28-unit, purpose-built rental apartment building located in Vancouver’s Norquay Village neighbourhood. The development replaced three single-family homes in this quickly densifying and gentrifying area. The Flow team provided complete mechanical and electrical system design for this project and was instrumental in obtaining its LEED Platinum certification.
