The Flow Team stepped up to the challenge on this three-tower, mixed-use commercial and residential development. It will be the tallest structure in White Rock when completed, and includes a 10,000-SF health club with a 75-FT indoor/outdoor pool,  fitness studio, business lounge and communal recreational space. The Flow team is providing the complete electrical, communication, fire alarm and lighting design for this enormous development, including a  4000KVA high-voltage unit substation and 1000KW emergency generator. Our electrical department is working closely with the trade partners and owner to ensure timely and successful completion for the first phase.
