I grew up in Ladner, BC.
My education: Diploma of Technology, BCIT
Notable accomplishments: Successfully managing the construction of a new house
Why Flow? The firm has provided me with opportunities to grow both professionally and as an individual from the moment I graduated from BCIT.
What I like about systems design is how mechanical engineers combine equipment as efficiently as possible to provide a complete and operational mechanical system.
Projects I’m proud of: Vancouver Coastal Health on Hornby Street due to the usage of the space and specific requirements. This project also received a BOMA Award for the best tenant improvement.
What I love about working with clients: I enjoy learning about my clients’ industries and being able to help them reach the successful completion of a project.
I chose Vancouver because of its versatilelandscapes—from beaches to mountains lakes to forests, and from cityscapes to farms.
When I’m not working you can find me working on my family blueberry farm or spending time with family and friends.
Something I’ve built from scratch at home: I built my two dogs a duplex doghouse complete with lighting and heating. I am currently in the process of rebuilding an ATV as well as growing multiple varieties of trees and plants (emerald cedars, Japanese maples, boxwoods, roses, and more) from cuttings or seedlings.
On my playlist: Country and Punjabi music
Preferred mode of transportation: Car
Coffe or tea: Tea
